Child Protection
At Al Zanbaq FC, the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable individuals are of the highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe environment for all participants in our activities, ensuring that they are protected from harm and treated with respect.
We have established clear policies to safeguard our players, staff, and community. These policies reflect our commitment to preventing neglect, abuse, or exploitation of any kind. We expect all staff, parents, and visitors to adhere to these guidelines.

Safeguarding Code of Conduct
Our staff follows a strict Code of Conduct to ensure the safety and dignity of every participant. This includes treating all individuals with respect, using physical contact only when necessary (e.g., for first aid), and ensuring that more than one adult is present when working with children. Private meetings with members or players are strictly prohibited without management and parental approval.

Child Safeguarding Policy
Our Child Safeguarding Policy outlines the steps we take to ensure maximum protection for our players. This includes mandatory background checks for all staff, safeguarding training, and clear reporting mechanisms for any concerns. Parents and players are also educated on how to report any incidents.
